MY STORY
As a student, I lived in Rotterdam for many years. It is a city of strength and vulnerability. Of hard work and speaking from the heart. And of people who simply tell it like it is—straightforward and with sincere intentions. The Kop van Zuid symbolizes dynamism, transformation, and new possibilities. This mindset deeply resonates with me.
My experiences in the many countries where I’ve lived and worked seamlessly complement this Rotterdam spirit: the uplifting energy of the collective, the open-minded perspective that leads to freedom, and the opportunities created by compassion. This is what I stand for, both as a person and as an entrepreneur.
I am driven by the desire to connect with people through solid knowledge, genuine commitment, and love. I am convinced that only then can you achieve sustainable change, growth, and tangible results.
This starting point shapes my choices, the assignments I take on, and the approach I use. My ultimate motivation? The sparkle in my conversation partner’s eyes during a breakthrough moment, allowing them to move forward.
This applies to me personally as well. Daring to do what makes me glow, gives me energy, and—above all—makes me truly happy. That means being open to different perspectives and having the courage to act on them. That sounds easy, yet the reality is far more challenging. But that is when I hear the voice of my 95-year-old self: just do it. Hence the wonderfully powerful combination of advisory, photography, and writing: those are my sparkling eyes!
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University and am the proud mother of two sons. Beyond my work, spending time with loved ones, sports, dancing, and nature bring me immense joy. I have profound respect for people who dare to be vulnerable, are self-aware, and are able to ask for help.
For me, how you handle stressful situations is the key to remaining empowered. Amidst all the challenges I face, my mindset and my mental and physical resilience make all the difference. And last but not least, the people around me.
